I JUST PLACED AN ORDER — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, simply email us with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’ve accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately with the correct address.
We can only update your address if notified within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, on rare occasions, damage can occur during transit.
